PrestaShop PayPal Website Payments Pro Module

Paypal Website Payments Pro module allows you to accept payment directly on your Prestashop website. Customers can pay you with all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal balance and bank transfers.

We use this module for our Checkout!

 With this solution you get all the benefits of a merchant account and gateway in one solution. This package should also include PayPal Express Checkout which enables buyers to checkout in as little as three click, however, Prestashop standard Paypal module already includes this feature therefore we do not include this feature anymore. You can setup Paypal Websites Payment Pro and Paypal module at the same time.

In order to use this Paypal WPP Module for Prestashop, you need:

• Prestashop store with version older than v1.2.5
• Signup for Paypal Website Payment Pro account with Paypal of course.
• Signup Cardinal Centinel for 3D secure (note: Paypal use Cardinal Centinel to handle 3D secure authentication and it is only required for UK merchants). It does not require for US & Canada merchants.
• For customer outside of UK, US and Canada: please double check with Paypal before placing order to make sure your country is supported by them.

License key:

License key will be provided on a per domain basis. You would need to buy this module again if want to install it on more than a shop.

Server requirements:

1. Your server must meet Prestashop server's requriement. Please refer to the link here.

Q. Does this module work for US & Canada.

A. Yes it does. It works for UK, US, Canada and any other countries which Paypay website payment pro available to.

Q. Do I need to setup Cardinal Centinel account?

A. If your Paypal business account registered in the United Kingdom then you would definitely need to setup Cardinal Centinel account. It is FREE. Please refer to Paypal Website Payment Pro feature on Paypal website for more information. For other accounts in US, Canada or any other countries, Cardinal Centinel is optional. You don't need to signup for it.

Q. Does Paypal WPP module works for my current prestashop version?

A. It works for most of Prestashop version: 1.2x, 1.3.x and 1.4.x
